Requirements

  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
  • 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an IT/HR/Customer Service environment
  • Experience with Web Technologies and working with SaaS technologies
  • Strong understanding with leading IT/HR/Customer Service and related systems and tools
