As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction and help them grow their business on the ServiceNow platform. You will be the technical expert in configuring ServiceNow best practices and lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology.

Requirements

  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
  • At least 1-3 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
  • Strong understanding with leading [IT/HR/Customer Service/etc.] and related systems and tools
