The Sr. Technical Consultant, ITOM Workflow is the functional and technical expert of a customer engagement team. The role involves configuring ServiceNow products based on best practices to accelerate and drive customer business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
  • At least 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an IT environment
  • Experience with Web Technologies and working with SaaS technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player and team builder
