The Sr. Technical Consultant, ITOM Workflow is the functional and technical expert of a customer engagement team. The role involves configuring ServiceNow products based on best practices to accelerate and drive customer business outcomes.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
- At least 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an IT environment
- Experience with Web Technologies and working with SaaS technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player and team builder
