Sr. Technical Consultant ITOM , [IT, Employee, Platform, Customer] Workflow Products Expert Implementation Services

We are looking for a Sr. Technical Consultant ITOM to join our Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow. As a technical expert, you will work with customers to configure ServiceNow products and drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for leading customer design workshops, guiding customers in completing required documentation, and providing ad-hoc oversight/training for future system administrators. You will also be a lead member of an overall engagement project team and develop required integration components.

Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
• At least 1-8 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies - inclusive of integrations and portals
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
• Strong understanding with leading [IT/HR/Customer Service/etc.] and related systems and tools
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player and team builder
