ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant, IT Workflow to help customers achieve their business outcomes through prescriptive guidance in their ServiceNow platform. The role involves configuring IT Service Management, supporting IT process improvement, and guiding customers in leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities. This is a fully remote position.
Requirements
- Leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an IT environment.
- Experience with Web Technologies.
- Strong understanding of IT and related systems such as Teams, Workday, JIRA.

Requirements Summary
