ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant (TC) to focus on ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, specifically in the Source-to-Pay operation. The TC will work directly with customers to optimize their ServiceNow configurations, leveraging best practices to accelerate business outcomes. The role involves technical guidance, design workshops, and training for new team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of configuration/development experience in complex Finance, Supply Chain, or Source-to-Pay organizations
- Current ServiceNow Certification (CSA, CAD, or relevant Solution Accreditations)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on finance, supply chain, and source-to-pay processes
- Strong understanding of leading systems like SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Coupa, and Ivalua
- Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO)
- Experience in building scalable web services and working with SaaS technologies
Requirements Summary
