ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to join its People Technology Product organization. This role will focus on developing and maintaining Workday HCM solutions, enabling the efficient delivery of HR priorities and support for key business functions. The Analyst will work collaboratively with Product Pods, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide a seamless employee experience through innovative and scalable technology.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
- Advanced technical knowledge of Workday (Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, EIBs, calculated fields).
- 6+ years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
