Staff Business Systems Analyst | Security Programs

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to focus on Security Programs, partnering with stakeholders to enhance security governance, streamline workflows, and strengthen internal controls. This role involves identifying opportunities to improve security posture and ensure business-critical systems support evolving regulatory and risk requirements. The Analyst will lead complex initiatives and collaborate with Security, Compliance, IT, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Security and Risk Platforms – Familiarity with GRC, IRM, SecOps, or vendor risk tools, ideally within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Business Process Modeling – Document and optimize security workflows using tools like Visio, Lucid, or Miro.
• Experience delivering technical solutions in cross-functional environments, preferably within a SaaS or cloud enterprise.
