This role involves aligning with product and engineering goals, fostering data stewardship, and promoting a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and data transformation, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a seamless and secure customer and employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging AI for data governance and optimization.
- 8+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management.
- Strong cross-functional experience working with engineering, analytics, product, and legal teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using Snowflake.
- Skillful in creating dashboards and visualizing data using Power BI.
- Deep understanding of data governance principles and frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring data quality programs.
