ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Data Platform Software Engineer to join their Persistence organization. This role focuses on building and enhancing the core ServiceNow AI Platform, providing data integration, query capabilities, and scalable solutions. The team works with customer data to power their platform, enabling more intelligent workflows and automated tasks across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging AI into workflows and problem-solving.
- Troubleshooting complex production issues, including memory leaks and concurrency issues.
- Experience with databases, data modelling, and data storage technologies (Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, MS SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based and distributed systems.

Requirements Summary
