ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Data Platform Software Engineer to join their Persistence organization. This role focuses on building the core data architecture for the ServiceNow AI Platform, enabling query capabilities, and improving performance and scalability. The engineer will be responsible for critical components of the database, including relational and in-memory data, and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- Experience with troubleshooting complex issues and monitoring system performance.
- Experience with integrating AI into decision-making processes.
- Experience with Java programming.
- Good understanding of cloud-based systems.
- Deep knowledge of databases, data modelling, and data storage technologies.
