Requirements

• 5+ years management experience
• Implementing new processes and functions within an IT organization
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to effectively drive change
• 4+ years of hand’s on IT Asset Management (hardware and software) experience in large complex organizations
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow technology and ITAM module
• Strong technical and ITIL service management background
• Demonstrate visible leadership and exhibit R1 leadership expectations
• Build Strong relationship across IT and our business units
• Grow and develop the team by attracting, retaining, and developing talent through training, education, and mentoring
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand the larger company strategy
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex ideas and interdependencies
• Managing complex projects and technical teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Track record of using quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize decision-making
• Lean practitioner certifications or training, as well as applicable experience in Continuous Improvement
• ITIL practitioner/Agile practitioner
