Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or Project Management
- 5+ years management experience
- 4+ years of hand’s on IT Asset Management (hardware and software) experience in large complex organizations
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow technology and ITAM module
- Strong technical and ITIL service management background
- Demonstrate visible leadership and exhibit R1 leadership expectations
