Nagarro is looking for a Staff Engineer, ServiceNow to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The role involves mentoring team members, understanding functional requirements, and envisioning overall solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- Strong working experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog)
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules is a plus
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration: workflows, business rules, UI policies, and reporting
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes
- Proven experience in requirement gathering and business analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in additional ServiceNow modules outside ITSM (e.g., HRSD, CSM, ITOM)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience in customer-facing consulting roles
