Requirements

  • Total experience 7+years.
  • Strong working experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following key modules: ITOM, GRC, HRSD, ITSM, Service Portal.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
  • Strong scripting skills using JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow-specific languages.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one mainline ServiceNow module (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, IRM, GRC).
  • Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide, and use of Flow Designer.
  • Experience in working in an Agile or DevOps-driven environment.
  • Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
