Nagarro is looking for a Staff Engineer to join their team in Gurugram, India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, including Employee Center, ITSM, and Service Portal. The role involves designing and implementing technical solutions, mentoring team members, and communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in Employee Center, ITSM and Service Portal
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
  • Experience in either of other modules i.e. ITOM or HRSD or SecOps
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop and implement technical solutions and conduct component Integration Tests
  • Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS)
  • Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
  • Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
