We are looking for a Staff HR IT Service Delivery Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a ServiceNow HRSD platform supporting 17,000 global end users. The role will be responsible for managing and supporting the deployment of new modules, enhancement requests, and upgrades of the HRSD platform following Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of hands-on development experience in various ServiceNow modules, with a focus on HRSD
- Degree in Computer Science/Software Development, or similar, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of various programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, etc.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified Systems Administrator, CMBD, Flow Designer, etc.
