Staff Inbound Product Manager - Service Bridge

We are looking for a Staff Inbound Product Manager to drive our technology provider industry products in our Hyderabad office. The role involves working with product leadership to translate strategy into product capabilities and features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that positively differentiate our products.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in product management for Enterprise SaaS products
• Strong understanding of and interest in working with technology providers
• Working knowledge of integration and e-bonding technologies and approaches
• Working knowledge of generative AI and its ability to transform experiences and operations
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to large audiences and executive leadership
• Experience working directly with customers, sales, and engineering teams in a global setting
• High energy, self-starter with a growth mindset
