ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Inbound Product Manager-Performance Telemetry to lead the strategic vision for enterprise performance telemetry across all platforms and environments. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in leading and developing data-intensive applications, specifically in application performance monitoring, observability, or AI monitoring. The role involves defining and driving strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating the value and competitive differentiation of new telemetry capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in leading and developing data-intensive applications, specifically in application performance monitoring, observability, or AI monitoring
  • Strong understanding of tradeoffs in building data-intensive applications
  • Strong domain expertise in application performance monitoring and observability
  • Working knowledge of Open Telemetry Protocols, collectors, and exporters
  • Familiarity with data collection, data warehouse, and data query solutions designed for large scale
