As the Staff IT Analyst II - Endpoint Asset Management Analyst, you will oversee the lifecycle of desktop support assets, including computers, laptops, printers, and hardware peripherals. You'll lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identify constraints or opportunities that inhibit or accelerate the business and/or technology strategy, while also developing potential options/approaches to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly Performance Analytics, SAMPro, and HAMPro
- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL practices
- Knowledge of procurement and financial processes related to IT assets
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate to advanced experience in process and data analysis within a specific domain or functional area utilizing critical thinking skills
- Intermediate to advanced working in Microsoft Office & relevant Diagramming Software (e.g. Lucid, Visio, etc.), as well as technical aptitude & experience within a specific domain
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
