Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least 1+ years into people management
• Strong track record implementing and managing HR/People systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams and mentor team members, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration
• Expert knowledge of HR systems architecture and integration
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working in global, matrix organizations
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvement
