Staff Product Designer, Customer & Partner Experience

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead large, complex initiatives and create world-class user experiences. The role involves collaborating with engineering and product management, developing frameworks for design standards, and driving end-to-end product experiences based on user needs. This position contributes to the product strategy and product experience, and operates as part of the Product Design team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant design experience.
• BA/BS degree in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• Experience in web and/or software application development.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience.
