ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Production Service Engineer to support US Public Sector customers. The role involves maintaining and supporting the reliability, scalability, and performance of the ServiceNow cloud infrastructure. Engineers will collaborate with partners to improve system design and reduce incidents, while adhering to strict requirements, including US Citizenship/Permanent Residency, a minimum of 2 days/week in the office and some weekend shifts.

- Leveraging AI into work processes
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technical systems support, operations and development
- Knowledge of Linux systems
- Coding in JavaScript, Python, Java, and Bash
- Understanding of Networking services
- Working knowledge in Postgres, MySQL, Maria DB, Oracle
