Staff / Senior Staff Product Manager - Observability Platform

ServiceNow is seeking an AI-native Product Leader to drive the next generation of intelligent, compliance-aware observability for hyperscaler and sovereign cloud environments. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering AI-powered telemetry pipelines, incorporating LLMs, and automating remediation workflows. The focus is on leveraging AI/ML and automation to improve network reliability, security, and automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or platform ownership
• 3+ years of experience integrating AI/ML into products
• Deep understanding of network protocols, routing, and packet analysis
• Proven experience with hyperscaler networking and sovereign cloud environments
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, FedRAMP, CMMC)
