ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Staff Software AI Engineer to develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging AI capabilities to transform how sales, marketing and customer-facing teams operate.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with a solid foundation in system design and cloud engineering.
- Experience in building enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Strong familiarity with AIA Studio for creating intelligent, no/low-code automation flows integrated with AI.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies: Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, Knowledge Graphs, and LLM APIs.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
- Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
- Experience working with GTM domains (CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, sales analytics).
