Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, designing, deploying, maintaining and improving / automating workflows ideally in the ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Onboarding, Offboarding, Catalog Management and Onboarding modules.
- 3+ years of Project Management / Scrum / Agile experience.
- Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
- Able to support east coast business hours.
