Staff Software Engineer – AI Agents & Agentic Workflows: be at the forefront of building AI agent platform, designing, developing, and owning key components. Act as a technical owner, take initiative, drive decisions, and push through ambiguity to deliver results.

Requirements

• Self-starter and doer: unblock yourself, find the right people, ask the right questions, and figure things out independently.
• Deep interest and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and applying AI to real-world problems.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, especially with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks.

Benefits

• Base pay $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
