Join the Connected Customer Experience (CCX) team in ServiceNow's Digital Technology organization and contribute to delivering delightful, secure customer and employee experiences. As a Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack, you will build high-quality, scalable, clean, and reusable applications and solutions across the full web technology stack. Work with a talented group of PMs, developers, designers, and researchers in a Scrum-based Agile environment.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6 years of full stack development experience, delivering end-to-end enterprise-grade applications.
- Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React, with strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including Cloud Platforms, Messaging Systems, Monitoring Tools, and Web Infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software performance tuning.
- Advanced experience with relational databases, including design, development, and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across teams without formal authority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate complex concepts for various audiences.
