Join the Agent AI team at ServiceNow and contribute to the development of autonomous AI agents that can perform complex tasks across enterprise workflows. Work with product owners, design software, and contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language
- 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and components
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
- Analytical and design skills
- Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level
