ServiceNow is a global market leader that brings innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 8,100 customers. The company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to develop ServiceNow scoped applications and integrate third-party systems with the platform.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
- Strong skills in software component architecture and system design
- Excellent problem-solving, and debugging skills, along with an aptitude for learning new technologies
- Team player with attention to detail and good communication skills
- Expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented, and modularized software
- Proficiency in the use and creation of APIs
- Experience in developing and supporting ServiceNow integration with third-party applications and data sources
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in the development, configuration, implementation, and support of production and non-production ServiceNow instances
- Knowledge of infrastructure services including servers, storage, network, security, and cloud
- Over 7 years of software application development experience, leveraging technologies such as REST API, RDBMS, and programming languages like JavaScript, Go, Java, or Python
