Staff Software Engineer

Develop an innovative and advanced telemetry ingestion pipeline, design and operate a highly available service within a microservices architecture, and establish DevOps practices for engineering teams at ServiceNow. Collaborate with a community of engineers and leaders to devise new methods for building and deploying software.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Go, Rust, Python or similar programming languages
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Strong analytical and system design skills

• Base pay of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
