Staff Software Engineer

Staff Software Engineer leads engineers through the full development cycle, driving on-time delivery of high-quality products or solutions. Proven experience in architecting and implementing robust database schemas for complex applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring their successful delivery
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead stakeholder conversations and ensure clarity around project goals and challenges
• 6+ years of experience with Javascript, and Java or a similar OO language
• Extensive experience in designing and optimizing database schemas to support scalable and efficient data structures
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
• Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
