ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Software Quality Engineer to define and drive the quality strategy for complex, distributed, cloud-based systems. This role combines technical expertise with hands-on testing and automation skills, focusing on system reliability, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate will lead QE engineers and contribute to modernizing test design and automation practices across infrastructure, platform, and application layers.
Requirements
- BE/ME in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of QE or software engineering experience
- Strong understanding of containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and microservices testing patterns.
- Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols.
- Experience with load balancers/ADCs (Nginx, HAProxy) and traffic distribution concepts.
- Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
Requirements Summary
