Staff Storage Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Storage Engineer to join the Cloud Infrastructure Storage team. This role involves building, maintaining, and ensuring the reliability of the storage fleet, collaborating with technical teams, and developing storage automation tools. Requirements

• Leveraging AI to improve decision-making
• 8+ years of related experience (Bachelor's degree or Master's degree)
• Good understanding of S3-compatible object storage, block storage, and NFSv3/v4
• Strong experience with Red Hat Linux, CentOS, and VMware ESXi
• Experience with virtualization solutions (e.g., VMware ESXi, RedHat OpenStack Platform)
• Experience with Flash Storage solutions
