Join Visa as a Staff Systems Analyst and contribute to the development and maintenance of IT Configuration Management practices and methodologies. Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to gather and support evolving technical requirements, and ensure compliance with Identity and Access Management and Data Privacy policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
- Experience with ServiceNow, especially in CMDB, CI management, reporting, and application criticality reviews
- Proficiency in ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
