This internship within the Payroll Department at Warsaw, Poland, will involve working closely with HR and GBS teams to support payment processes for the EMEA region. The role focuses on advanced ERP systems (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP), data analysis, automation project support, and improving processes. It offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with other BSC departments and contribute to organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, management, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and English (C1 level and other languages asset)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced analytical and numeric skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-sufficiency in working and teamwork skills
- Good time management and task management skills
