Storage-Pure Systems Integration Specialist Advisor

NTT DATA is seeking a Storage-Pure Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join their team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of relevant experience, an undergraduate degree, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• ITIL foundation certification.
• Technical writing skills.
• EMC Storage Administration-PowerMax,Isilon, Unity and Pure Storage
• Excellent administration on SAN switches
• Various Storage management tools
• Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow/Flexera/Remedy.
• Advanced knowledge on Excel, Access, other tools to create reports and Dashboards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations
• Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking
• Basic project management skills
• Perform incident management and change management execution.
• Create and manage capacity and trending reports of system operations.
• Design, install and administer storage systems, processes and enhancements for complex high traffic, business critical communications and/or network-based (cloud) product systems.
• Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise storage environments, including enterprise storage arrays, fiber channel switches and Network Attached Storage (NAS) physical and virtual tape devices.
• Develop solutions and processes for reliable and stable data storage management, security, backup, restoration, archiving and replication.
