This Strategic & Occupancy Planner role focuses on optimizing an organization's corporate real estate portfolio. The position involves developing and implementing strategies aligned with business objectives, managing day-to-day occupancy, and ensuring efficient use of space. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of combined experience in corporate real estate strategic planning and occupancy planning.
  • Proven ability to perform complex data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic problem-solving.
  • High proficiency in CAFM/IWMS systems (e.g., Archibus, Tririga, Accruent), AutoCAD, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of workplace trends and space optimization techniques.
