We are seeking a proactive and goal-focused student worker to join our IT Support teams. As a member of our IT team, you will play a key role in providing assistance to CNS OIT users and departments.
Requirements
- Use the ServiceNow ticketing system to triage incoming requests and assign them appropriately.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
- Transport equipment (computers, printers, phones) between CNS buildings on the UT Main Campus.
- Perform technical tasks including hardware setup, password resets, network patching, and software updates.
- Support ongoing projects in CNS IT Support, Inventory, and Security.
- Collaborate on developing and improving technical processes as well as new procedures and improvement of existing processes.
- Assist with office administrative duties and communications.
