Requirements
- Able to work for an 8 month term (2 x 4 month terms)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Great communication skills
- Time management skills
- Able to work within our established processes and follow direction
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Able to communicate with our Team's Clients
- Good understanding of IT
- Able to create Meeting Agendas and Minutes
- Attend Meetings and Huddles
- Able to create reports using ServiceNow and MS Office Suite
- Communicate with other the Teams we work with.
- Create requests with ServiceNow and follow up to completion
- Improve our processes if possible
- December 2025 or later graduation date
