The Reporting and Analytics team within Procurement and Vendor Management (PVM) provides strategic reporting and data-driven insights to support internal stakeholders and business units across Navy Federal. This role focuses on dashboard development, ad-hoc reporting, and supporting audit/NCUA requests, contributing to the overall success of the organization and potentially impacting strategic decisions. The position is a 12-week Summer Internship program, beginning in May 2026 and ending in August 2026.

Requirements

  • Refresh reporting databases and generate final reports.
  • Build, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
  • Gather and document requirements for dashboard development.
  • Assist with Internal Audit and NCUA data requests.
  • Contribute to the development of the Annual Board Report.
  • Participate in enhancements to Oracle and Ivalua reporting capabilities.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and complete assigned ServiceNow tickets.
  • Assist with the rollout and continuous improvement of quarterly business unit dashboards.
  • Assist with Internal Audit and NCUA data requests.
  • Contribute to the development of the Annual Board Report.
  • Collaborate with team members to address various reporting needs.
  • Participate in enhancements to Oracle and Ivalua reporting capabilities.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree required. Current GPA of 3.0 or higher. Focus on building Power BI dashboards and supporting ad-hoc reporting
