The Supervisor, Desktop Support is a full-time on-site position for a supervisor at The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This role involves supervising a team of desktop support analysts, managing ticket queues, coordinating activities across various departments, and providing expert support to healthcare operations. The position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with experience in Microsoft and troubleshooting various hardware and software issues. The position involves working with ServiceNow for IT support and healthcare information systems such as Epic and Cerner.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of desktop support services experience
  • Proficiency in operating systems like Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
  • Experience with Microsoft 10/11 operating systems
  • Experience with Windows/macOS Migration and Updating
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Patch Management, and antivirus tools
  • Advanced knowledge of mobile device configurations and iOS/Android
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and clinical operations

Requirements Summary

5-7 years experience in desktop support, proficiency in Windows & macOS, and strong knowledge of Microsoft IT & security tools. Bachelor's degree preferred
