The IT Support Analyst provides technical support to NYCHA central and field staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. The role involves providing user support, documenting problems, and communicating effectively. The position reports to the Service Desk Manager and requires initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to voice communication, data connectivity, and cellular coverage.
  • Log and manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
  • Provide user support for NYCHA applications (Maximo, Genysys Voice, Microsoft Office).
  • Create and maintain user training materials.

Requirements Summary
