We are looking for a Support Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, systems administration, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping teams resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Ability to work outside standard business hours as needed, including nights and weekends.
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9) in production environments.
- Experience with database systems including SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo and Dremio.
- Experience with Autosys job scheduling.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Bash, python).
- Experience with some form of ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
