Support Manager Opportunity: Manage a support team, deliver Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions, and lead research and triage of complex problems.

Requirements

  • Strong ITIL knowledge of IT Service Management/Delivery
  • Experience in industry leading applications such as Remedy or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse theory
  • Strong experience of the Microsoft BI Stack
  • Experience in using other database platforms
  • Knowledge of C#, Microsoft.NET technologies or a background in coding
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Experience with agile development tools
  • Prior experience managing a support and/or development team
  • Strong knowledge and experience in ITIL Service Management
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft BI tool-stack on Data Warehousing projects
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise grade software solutions
  • Strong database knowledge/experience
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Strong knowledge of industry data standards and architectures
  • Requirements definition and data analysis, data modelling experience in data warehouse environment of insurance/financial services domain
