Support Manager Opportunity: Manage a support team, deliver Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions, and lead research and triage of complex problems.
Requirements
- Strong ITIL knowledge of IT Service Management/Delivery
- Experience in industry leading applications such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse theory
- Strong experience of the Microsoft BI Stack
- Experience in using other database platforms
- Knowledge of C#, Microsoft.NET technologies or a background in coding
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies
- Experience with agile development tools
- Prior experience managing a support and/or development team
- Strong knowledge and experience in ITIL Service Management
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft BI tool-stack on Data Warehousing projects
- Experience designing and developing enterprise grade software solutions
- Strong database knowledge/experience
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with automated testing
- Strong knowledge of industry data standards and architectures
- Requirements definition and data analysis, data modelling experience in data warehouse environment of insurance/financial services domain
