As a Support Process Manager at Stryker, you will be working with cross-functional teams to create process changes and improvements for key Customer Support functions. You will analyze data and evaluate business components to assess current performance baselines and help develop and redesign initiatives and processes to drive business goals, objectives, and programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall experience in technical support
  • 3+ Experience in Process design/modelling
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
  • Experience implementing and maintaining support centers
  • Experience working in CRM (such as Salesforce)
  • Solid understanding of all Support Processes
  • Experience in change management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in use of or defining support processes in a Software Technology and/or SAAS company
  • Strong familiarity with one or more of the Business Process Modeling tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to identify risks and dependencies
  • Experience in business process audits
