We are looking for a Switching Engineer to join our team as the first line of technical support for customers using HPE Aruba enterprise switching solutions. The role focuses on initial troubleshooting, issue isolation, basic configuration validation, and case triage for Aruba AOS-CX and AOS-S platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field
- 2 years of experience in network operations, NOC, TAC support, field networking
- Technical skills in networking fundamentals, switching fundamentals, operating systems & tools, and soft skills & professional competencies
