Requirements

• Define and deliver the device management roadmap.
• Manage Intune policies and profiles across Windows and macOS.
• Patch & vulnerability management.
• Work with Defender TVM to reduce exposure scores.
• Run daily operations through ServiceNow.
• Provide user communication and self-service guides.
• Publish KPIs and leverage automation.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgeting.
