System Engineer

Two Six Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to support their Corporate Security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance for assigned classified and unclassified networks, and will work in a fast-paced and growing environment with great attention to detail, strong analytical and critical problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working within a classified environment as a System Engineer and/or Administrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related degree or advanced professional industry certifications and additional experience can be substituted
• 8140 certification such as Security+, GCISP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+, CISM, CISSP, etc.
• Solid experience supporting Linux servers or workstations
• Working knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow and Talon
• Working knowledge of government regulations such as the DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, etc.
• Working knowledge of the Windows environment
• Basic understanding of security compliance matrix
