As a System Manager, ServiceNow, you will be part of the Global ERP & Enterprise Services team within the FDB IT Department. You will work with other highly dedicated and skilled colleagues to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant IT services. This position involves operating and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and implementing enhancements to the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for additional certifications relevant to the role
- 5+ years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations
- At least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience with ServiceNow architecture, integration capabilities, and best practices for performance optimization and security
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support and improve IT services
- Project management skills to drive own optimization projects and participate in projects in cooperation with vendors and other team members
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing and growing organization
- Customer service skills to maintain and operate the ServiceNow platform
